False Crawl #3

Call came in early Monday morning, around 12:30AM, form the NMB Police.  "There is a report of a sea turtle in trouble on the beach around 20th Ave S."   Quick trip to the beach to meet up with a group of young people who had called in the report.  Turns out the Sea Turtle was trying to nest.

She crawled out of the ocean in front of many people still walking on the beach.  Crawled up the beach, past the HTL and behind a trash container.

Started to dig an egg chamber, but people would not leave her alone.  Took flash pictures, shined flash lights in her face.  She turned and quickly crawled back into the water.

Thank you Melanie for the pictures, taken early the next morning.
