Rare scene on the Beach...Jan 29-30

A rare ice, sleet and snow storm with very cold temps shut down most of North Myrtle Beach.  Schools were closed for at least 3 days.....stores operated on special hours...Local Kids had fun (?) treat and an unplanned holiday.....

Looks like a layer of snow but actually a layer of sleet with thick ice underneath

Those are not car tracks, just the lower portion of the power lines.   Street covering is so hard, 

tracks are not visible.
