Another Stranding

Mid-afternoon stranding reported by Beach Patrol.  Some swimmers pulled a dead, juvenile loggerhead out of the water and immediately reported it to Beach Patrol.  40th Ave N in Cherry Grove.

 Turtle was very bloated and smelly, been dead awhile.  Carapace was covered with hitchhikers, barnacles and ghost shrimp, but apparent injuries or truma

So sad when these guys are found....
