Inventory Nest 1

Nest #1 emerged on Wednesday, July 21 around 9:00PM, on day 60. An Inventory performed 3 days later, on July 24 revealed the following:

The nest contained 124 eggs

1 egg was taken on Day 1 for the DNA Study
17 eggs died in early evelopement and still contained yolk
3 eggs contained partially developed turtles
3 turtles died during hatching (Pipping)
100 emptly shells were counted
1 dead hatchling was found at bottom of nest

Depression formed after hatchlings emerged - Depression wind blown 1 day later
