FIRST NEST - FIRST YEAR FOR NMB SEA TURTLE PATROL
Nest #1 major emergence Wednesday, July 21
on day 60. This nest was found by Sherry and Donna on May 22 at 49th Ave North.
Many of us have spent hours night sitting this nest since July 16 and were rewarded at 9:05 PM when the first hatchlings emerged and crawled to the ocean, guided by the light of the moon shining a path to the sea.
