While patrolling Segment A this morning, Donna and Sherry came across a turtle crawl at 49th Ave. North.

After everyone probed and probed, a big cheer went out when the nest cavity was finally found by Steve Demusz. An egg was quickly removed from the nest for the DNA sample, the eggs covered back up and the nest marked and caged. It is Official, The North Myrtle Beach Patrol has their first nest!!

Thanks Steve, Barbara, Sherry, Donna, Donita, Rod and Brenda for helping. What an exciting morning.

  1. Go team....Hey mom, you should get your nails done before you go on your searches. It seems to bring luck.
