The NMB Sea Turtle Patrol participated in the Earth Day Celebrations at McLean Park on April 22, 2010. The theme of the booth was TRASH. Several photos were displayed showing various pieces of trash and the effect on Sea Turtles. Coastal Carolina University provided a slideshow developed for their outreach educational programs. (big thanks to Karen Fuss, Lisa and Coastal Carolina University for providing this). Four North Myrtle Beach Middle School Students, members of KAB did a very good job assisting us. A big thanks to them for all their help! Steve Huggins, Valerie Way, Rob Kayton, Andrew Ferguson and Rick Nieves did a great job.
