On Saturday, April 24, several members of the NMB Sea Turtle Patrol particpated in a beach clean up on Waties Island.
A large white, plastic storage tank that has been buried in the sand for years was removed. Chad and Rick from the US Coast Guard spent hours digging and tugging on this tank until they were finally able to pull it out of its resting spot.
