Saturday, March 15th, the City of NMB celebrates St Patrick's Day with a Parade and Festival.
Over 34,000 people attended the Parade and Festival and the Parade was televised, not only locally but to markets in the North East. Great Day, cold rain during the week ended just in time so was sunny and warm..
Volunteers from the NMB Sea Turtle Patrol were asked to handle the big "Green" NMB City Balloon, how appropriate!!
Caretta, our sea turtle mascot braved the changing weather to come out and walk.

Several of the NMP Sea Turtle Patrol volunteers also helped the NMB Dept of Parks and Recs, starting at 5:45AM. A huge thanks to all who helped either with the Patrol or with the Dept of Parks and Recs. A huge event. A great opportunity to get the word out about the Sea turtles!!
