Arbor Day Tree Planting December 3, 2013

On Tuesday, December 3rd, a large group of North Myrtle Beach Sea Turtle Volunteers joined other Public Service groups and planted 99 trees in one hour in the New NMB Park and Sports Complex.  These trees were donated to the City Of NMB through a Palmetto Pride Tree Grant.  The trees were planted at random around the Administration Building, along sides of a interior road system and around the edges of this new 12 acre area of the new park known as the meadows.   While a fun time was had by all, it was also a chance for the volunteers to give back to the community.
