NMB SEA TURTLE FALSE CRAWL # 6 JUNE 22nd

 Just walking out on the beach at sunrise and first thing that is found by NMB STP Volunteers Leigh, Janice, Tricia, Maddy and Julie is a crawl and what looks like a promising body pit. Soon More NMB STP Volunteers are there to help


A NICE CRAWL UP TO A PROMISING BODY PIT AND A NICE CRAWL BACK INTO THE OCEAN.

LINDA HAS DONE EXTENSIVE PROBING BUT THIS CRAWL HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO BE A FALSE CRAWL.

Lots of fox prints around the nest, sea turtle could have been scared back into the ocean without nesting.








All sea Turtles are endangered and federally and state protected, special training and permits are needed to work with nesting mothers, nest, eggs and stranded Sea Turtles.
