A very young, very small Kemps Ridley was found by this morning around 14th Ave S, Crescent Beach section. No obvious injuries, starting to decompose so was floating for a while. Such a shame! 2nd stranding in two days.

Marked by red paint to show that this turtle was reported. Turtle was disposed of in a proper manner.
